This advanced level Classical Yoga Teacher's Training program is for those who have completed their 200 hour level certification (in most any yoga tradition) and want to continue their learning in a yoga community. The 300 hours of training are flexible and individualized, usually completed in two years.
Basic components include a monthly 3-hour "advanced practice" that meets one Sunday or Thursday each month, the equivalent of 2 additional workshop hours per month within the YogaLife Institute curriculum, mentor meetings with Julie Rost or Lisa Rockenmacher, as needed, teaching and/or workshop facilitation, weekly yoga class attendance, writing and/or other independent research. Topics include advanced practices related to anatomy and physiology, mind-body health, meditation, energy work and self understanding via Jnana, Tantra, Bhakti and Karma Yoga.
