Karen Prindle is a graduate of the YogaLife Institute's 200-hour Classical Yoga Teacher Training program. In 2000, Karen started her yoga journey originally looking for ways to manage stress through relaxation. She has since practiced various styles such as Classical, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Iyengar, with a strong interest in yogic philosophy and Ayurveda self-care. Karen feels yoga has provided her many positive tools on and off the mat such as breath work, self-awareness, patience and being present. She is happy to now be able to share her more holistic experience with others as a yoga teacher, as well as continue her yoga education in the immediate future.
