Stacy Whittier

whittier stacyCompleting my 200 hour yoga teacher training has helped me to understand the true power of the spirit, mind, body connection. When I started yoga 10 years ago my focus was primarily on the physical aspects of yoga. I soon learned that yoga was much more than just a physical practice. Yoga has helped me to learn how to be present for myself and others. The attention to breath and learning how to strike a balance between work and ease continues to be transformative. I have had an increase in energy, strength and flexibility. As a yoga instructor I want to pass on to others the vast possibilities that this practice has to offer. The beauty of yoga is that it is available to all levels… you just have to be willing to feel good.

A treasure trove of yoga philosophy!
