Jnana Yoga Practice
Yoga is the process we choose to take with full awareness, that guides us to living in a more consciously balanced way. Our actions become ways in which we can more deeply experience a greater sense of connection. As diverse and unique as we all are...so are there different paths that we may choose to take. Whether you find balance or wholeness through experiencing the body fully, through experiencing the deep caverns of the mind, through selfless actions, through devotion or through knowledge, we can all uplift ourselves by taking moments to explore each of these paths.

Jnana Yoga compels us to recognize that peering through the mist, cutting through ignorance and creating clarity leaves us feeling connected, balanced and wise. When we misunderstand, misperceive and get too caught up in the past, or worries of the future, we take ourselves out of the moment and from what we could be experiencing right now. Stepping back from the mental state of logic, reason, and intellect, how might you pause and see what is really around you in nature and in relationships to gain clarity and self-realization?
