A Raja Yoga Practice
Yoga is the process we choose to take with full awareness, that guides us to living in a more consciously balanced way. Our actions become ways in which we can more deeply experience a greater sense of connection. As diverse and unique as we all are...so are there different paths that we may choose to take. Whether you find balance or wholeness through experiencing the body fully, through experiencing the deep caverns of the mind, through selfless actions, through devotion or through knowledge, we can all uplift ourselves by taking moments to explore each of these paths.

Raja Yoga compels us to delve into our own minds and hearts through 'Quieting the Mind' which often creates a residual sense of calm or peace. The union of mind, body and spirit arises when we concentrate on what we're doing and aligning our whole sense of being with the action or state of being.
