A Bhakti Yoga Practice
Yoga is the process we choose to take with full awareness, that guides us to living in a more consciously balanced way. Our actions become ways in which we can more deeply experience a greater sense of connection. As diverse and unique as we all are...so are there different paths that we may choose to take. Whether you find balance or wholeness through experiencing the body fully, through experiencing the deep caverns of the mind, through selfless actions, through devotion or through knowledge, we can all uplift ourselves by taking moments to explore each of these paths.

Bhakti Yoga compels us to recognize that we are a part of something much bigger than what we see and feel. Countering an often undermining sense of isolation, when we observe our connection to everyone around us, our families, communities and all of nature, we often feel inspired and grateful.
