A Tantra Yoga Practice
Yoga is the process we choose to take with full awareness, that guides us to living in a more consciously balanced way. Our actions become ways in which we can more deeply experience a greater sense of connection. As diverse and unique as we all are...so are there different paths that we may choose to take. Whether you find balance or wholeness through experiencing the body fully, through experiencing the deep caverns of the mind, through selfless actions, through devotion or through knowledge, we can all uplift ourselves by taking moments to explore each of these paths.

Tantra Yoga compels us to learn how we can use our bodies to understand and feel that connection with all that we see as greater than ourselves. The body can be a source of concentration, purification as well as reverie, honoring it's importance in helping you to achieve that greater sense of connection.
