Dedicated to sharing yoga simply and with people of all levels of ages and ability, Celeste has a gratefulness-centered philosophy, and seeks to share yoga in a supportive and inclusive environment. From her personal experience, some of the many gifts of a regular yoga practice include a greater sense of health and vitality, stress relief, and the means to transform anxiety into ease. She finds that yoga inspires her to practice love, gratitude, deep listening, connection, and to live each moment to the fullest. Helping others thrive in life, nurturing body, mind and spirit with yoga, it is her hope that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
She loves to learn and continues her education through workshops and the 300-hr Comprehensive Yoga Therapy training from the YogaLife Institute starting in September 2016. Celeste moved from the UK from the US just over ten years ago and now lives in Stratham, NH, with her husband and two dogs. Following a career in the financial services industry, she now loves to live simply and enjoy the beauty of the ‘everyday ordinary’.
