Practice will flow through a warm-up consisting of spinal movements and core engagement, followed by sun salutations, strength-building poses, balance work, and restorative stretching. Class concludes with relaxation and meditation. Modifications will be offered for those looking to build heat and challenge the physical body, and modifications will also be offered for those seeking a more cooling and easeful practice. Students are encouraged to come to the mat just as they are, with love and patience, curiosity and courage. This class is for all levels of ability and experience, but best for those who have at least some experience with Yoga.
