Amy Choate, Certified Holistic Health Coach and Certified Yoga Teacher, will support you to create a plan to :
- bring awareness to the habits that may be disrupting your sleep
- recognize nutritional patterns that may be affecting you, and create new ones that could help
- establish nourishing evening rituals to release daily stress
This workshop will include group discussion, journaling, breathwork, and restorative poses you can do on your own at home. You will leave with tools to begin to restore your sleep to receive the rest you need for a healthy life.

Amy Choate is a Certified Holistic Health Coach at ADC Wellness and a graduate of Yogalife’s 200 hour Teacher Training Program. Amy turned to yoga as a way to heal from a sports injury but quickly discovered that the mind body benefits were exactly what she craved. Yoga provides her the space to breathe and quiet for her restless thoughts to settle, which allows her to connect with her true self. Amy is especially committed to yoga for the presence she finds on and off the mat.
Amy is passionate about supporting others in yoga so they can discover the unique ways it can impact their own lives. She is dedicated to helping others find their wellness through classes, individual coaching, and workshops.
