Bonnie Keast and Janis Sheldon
Did you know that during the Middle Ages dill was used as an ingredient in love potions?
That early Greek gentlemen wore garlands of parsley to protect themselves from drunkenness?
Have you ever wondered which yoga poses would help you enjoy food more fully or soothe those aches after a bout of gardening?
Join Janis Sheldon and Bonnie Keast for this two hour workshop focused on slowing down and taking ‘thyme’ for yourself. During our afternoon together you’ll use your senses to enjoy herbs, practice mindful eating, learn some of the folklore and ways to use herbs found in the garden beside the studio, and experience a Vinyasa that will assist your digestion. Participants will leave with a heightened appreciation of herbs as well as a set of information cards. This workshop is open to all.
