Restorative Yoga: Effortless Relaxation

A Restorative Yoga practice to experience relaxation for well-being. Each class will consist of a reclining pose sequence designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tension from the body and mind. We use props to support the postures, while gently stretching and strengthening the body. Whether one seeks to heal, to cultivate energy or to be creative, this class is appropriate for students of all levels.
