Embodying the Whole Self: Healing and Insight Through the Koshas
Saturday, February 10, 2018, 10:00am - 04:30pm
Are you ready to immerse yourself in a deeper understanding of the layers of your being?
Looking to connect to the intuition and wisdom within you?
Join us for this day-long retreat exploring the yoga energy model of the koshas (layers of being). Our day will be filled with good company, conversation, guided and silent meditation, yoga, and a healthy lunch. Most of all- you will have the opportunity to more deeply connect to the experience of being you. Facilitated intuitive journeying will also be incorporated so that you might access the healing wisdom within you.
Each of the five koshas focuses on a layer of who we are- body, energy, mind, wisdom, and bliss. We will journey through the koshas with varied modalities that will leave you with a keen understanding of the concept as well as an experience of each of the layers within you.
Cost: $140 includes lunch
