Gentle Yoga with Sharyn Tullar
In this class we mindfully connect to our bodies and breath while cultivating present moment awareness as we move through gentle postures and movements. Students are encouraged to make adjustments and modifications and use props for a steady and comfortable practice. Suitable for everyone who wishes to slow down, release tension, focus the mind and enjoy the freedom of easeful movements.
This class offers the opportunity to intentionally set the tone for the rest of the evening while cultivating a welcoming and compassionate approach to life, promoting flexibility and balance in body as well as mind. Yoga philosophy will be offered to deepen the practice, along with connections to poetry, nature and sound.
Mindful movement, awareness in breath, and acceptance of what is promotes clarity, healing and balance.
