When we flow through our yoga poses we aim to quiet our mind. This time allows us to be conscious of the inner dialogue that fills our head with noise and drains our energy and focus. Clarity comes and new insight comes to the surface.
Tracey will guide you with some gentle yoga poses, meditation, and music followed by a few minutes of journaling to help you be more intentional throughout your day and your week. This class is open to all levels of students and no writing experience is necessary. Paper and pens provided.
