Gentle Yoga
Pam Herring
"It's never too late!" Have you always wanted to try yoga, and although your mind may be willing, you think your body might not be? Did you practice yoga years ago, but fear that those days are over? Join Pam on Thursday afternoons for Gentle Yoga as she guides you through a flow of postures, modified for your ability, with step by step instruction. Following the physical practice, you will enjoy a few minutes of relaxation before sitting in quiet meditation. What better way to end your day.
Gentle follows the same course as Yoga I, but focuses on modified poses and a gentle approach. You are encouraged to go at your own pace and listen to your body.
