This class is welcoming to all experience levels with an environment that is safe, calming and clear.
The poses are chosen and taught in ways that help and encourage the mind to quiet. The movements become moving meditations and the held positions are moments of pause to really connect with your experience. Breathing techniques, pranayama, are offered as a means to anchor oneself in the quiet and stillness of the balance of mind, breath and body. As attention is placed upon concentration, deep relaxation and quieting the mind through meditation at the end of each class.
