Yoga II - Energizing Flow

This hour-long class provides an energizing morning flow to set the tone for a clear and fresh start to the day. This class is most appropriate for those with some experience of yoga, though individualizing the practice to suit personal needs is always encouraged. The theme for each class is incorporated with warm-ups and threaded throughout the practice. We will focus on core, balancing, stretching, and strengthening. Each class will include vinyasa flow, linking movement with breath, and will close with an opportunity for deep relaxation and meditation.
