This class is for All levels of ability and experience, but best for those who have at least some experience with Yoga. Classical Yoga philosophy will be presented at a deeper level, incorporating such topics as chakras, mudras, visualization, ancient texts, karma, and yoga psychology. Teachers will include a greater variety of postures, though all can be modified, as well as more advanced breathing techniques and longer meditation practices.
Hatha Flow: Follows the same course, but uses traditional postures of Hatha Yoga and couples it with fluid movement and breath to bring the student into a deep awareness of the body, breath and mind.
